Shipping, Returns and Payments
- We provide free shipping for cushions, fabrics, tabletop, bedding and décor for all domestic orders. Please refer to additional shipping charges for furniture on individual product pages.
- Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not included as working days for standard deliveries.
- All products have different delivery timelines, please refer to the shipping time provided under Shipping and Handling on the selected product’s description page.
Once your order is shipped, our shipping partners will send you the shipping company details along with the tracking details for your order via email and text. The package can then be directly tracked on the shipping company’s website by entering the tracking details provided.
Non Availability on Delivery
Our delivery partners will return the product to us if unreceived at your address. Please provide the complete and accurate shipping address including postal/ zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be borne by the user placing the order.

Eligibility for Return / Refund
- If the return / refund request is raised within 3 days from date of delivery of the product. Return request raised outside this period will not be accepted.
- If the item received is damaged or has a genuine manufacturing defect.
- If the item is different from specifications mentioned on the product page/order page.
- If the item is having missing parts or accessories as mentioned on the product page.
- Please note that for any claim approvals, complete order unpackaging video is mandatory. Without it, no complaints will be approved.
If you like to return any product due to reasons not covered in return policy above, in that case FORWARD shipping charges, REVERSE shipping charges and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
What is not covered in Return Policy
- Due to multiple factors, color of the product shown on website may slightly vary from the actual physical product and this variation in color will not be covered under return policy
- Returns reason mentioning about product / fabric quality are not covered under return policy since quality is a subjective issue.
- Customized / made-to-order products are non-returnable.
- All kind of Fabrics and Cushion Fillers/inserts are non-returnable & non-refundable.
- In case you decide to return the product, we will arrange the reverse pickup from the same address and share details.
- In rare cases, when the reverse pickup is not available (due to courier serviceability at pincode or other reasons), we may ask you to initiate the product return through your own courier within 10 days of product delivery.
- Any item to be returned should be returned in its original unused condition, with all the original accessories, price tag, parts accessories, original packaging delivered to you. You will be responsible for any damage incurred to the product during return transit, hence for safety please ensure proper packing of the product before returning.
We reserve the rights to reject returns, refund or replace the item depending on your return request and return conditions fulfilled.
Mode of Refund
Refund (in case applicable) would be issued only once we receive the returned product.
- PREPAID refund amounts will be transferred to the original payment mode.
- COD refund amounts can be given in the form of store credit/voucher of agreed refund value OR in the payment mode & account number provided.
Customised Items Policy
- For placing a customised order, please contact us on customer care.
- Customised orders are accepted on full PREPAID payment only.
- Customised orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Ensure to order the Exact size / Measurements of the product being customized.
- For cancelling the order, you must notify us on our customer care contact with a proper reason for the canceling your order within 4-5 hours of placing the order.
- If you however delay or if order gets dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it.
- If the request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery of product.
- In case the exchanged product is of lesser value than the original purchased product - the difference amount that we need to pay to you can ONLY be redeemed against a coupon code (valid for 1 year from date of issuance) which will be shared with you for any future purchases.
- In case the exchanged product is of higher value than the original purchased product - the difference amount has to be paid by you.
- NO REFUND would be given for EXCHANGE orders.
- Only ONE-TIME EXCHANGE will be allowed.
- Exchanged Product would be dispatched only once we receive the original ordered product.
