Return / Refund Policy


  • Returns / Refunds Policy:

This return policy is only applicable for products purchased on www.auravedecor.in

Any queries related to return / refunds such as return requests must be notified on our customer care WhatsApp no. 9639002608

An item is eligible for return / refund / exchange only if the below conditions are met :

  • If the return / refund request is raised within 3 days from date of delivery of the productReturn request raised outside the return period will not be accepted.
  • If the item received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
  • If the item is different from specifications mentioned on the product page.
  • If the item is having missing parts or accessories as mentioned on the product page.
  • PREPAID refund amounts will be transferred to account while COD refund amounts will only be given in the form of store credit or discount coupon of agreed refund value.

Any item to be returned should be returned in its original unused condition, with all the original accessories, price tag, parts accessories, original packaging  delivered to you. You will be responsible for any damage incurred to the product during return transit, hence for safety please ensure proper packing of the product before returning.

Please note that we may ask for photo or videos of the product to approve your return request. So, kindly take photos/record videos while unboxing the order.  

Disclaimer: Due to multiple factors, color of the product shown on website may slightly vary from the actual physical product and this variation in color will not be covered under return policy. Returns reason mentioning about product quality are also not covered under return policy since quality is a subjective issue. We reserve the rights to reject returns, refund or replace the item depending on your return request and return conditions fulfilled.

  • Customized Items Policy:
Custom made items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Hence, please ensure to order exact size / measurements of the product being customized.
  • Cancellation Policy:

If you like to cancel the order, you must notify us on our customer care WhatsApp number 9639002608 with a proper reason for the canceling your order within 4-5 hours of placing the order. If you however delay, the order might get dispatched and in that case, we will not be able to cancel it. 

  • Exchange Policy:

If you like to exchange OR return any product due to any reason not covered in return policy above, in that case actual to-and-fro both shipping charges have to be borne by you.
